Our recent meeting was held at the Goffstown Odd Fellows Hall located at 42 Mountain Road on July 10th at 6:30pm

The guest speaker was Senator Lindsey Graham, Presidential Candidate.

This meeting was in conjunction with the Goffstown and Mont Vernon Republican Committees.

We extend our thanks for all who came to this meet and greet with Candidate Graham.

Presidential Candidate, Carly Fiorina was guest speaker at our June 9th monthly meeting.  About 200 guests were on hand to meet Fiorina and listen to her presentation.  Our film presentation is the entire event from arrival to Q&A and departing pictures with guest and shaking hands.  Fiorina was in no rush to leave and was very well received with applause.

Our guest speaker will be:

Harriet Cady, Right to Know Watchdog

Harriet Cady, a Deerfield resident, has been a right to know advocate for 40 years. She holds a degree in Public Administration, and has experience in real estate sales and appraising. Cady also served in the N.H. House of Representatives and was a member of the N.H. Right to Know Commission.

In February 2015 Cady was named Citizen of the Year by the New England First Amendment Coalition in Boston, MA.

She is a frequent speaker on freedom of information concerns and recently helped to create the watchdog group Right to Know New Hampshire. The group advocates for the state’s freedom of information law and Article 8 of the state constitution, which protects public access to government meetings and records.

Susan Olsen, Legislative Director of Women’s Defense League of N.H.

Women’s Defense League of New Hampshire has a mission to train women in basic firearms’ safety and use. All on-site trainers are NRA-certified instructors or Range Safety Officers. They are there to support women in the development of their firearms skills and confidence.

Susan is a former Chairman of the Board and currently serves as Legislative Director. She is a dynamic speaker dedicated to empowering women to protect themselves!

Ladies, bring the men in your life as Susan addresses Second Amendment rights, too.

Kate Baker, Executive Director of Network for Educational Opportunity

Network for Educational Opportunity is a 501c3 nonprofit charity scholarship organization. NEO provides information on educational choices to parents and students. NEO also administers scholarships to underprivileged children from the state’s new education tax credit law. This new law assists families to pay for private, charter, or home schooling options by allowing businesses to take a credit of 85% of their donations to scholarship organizations such as NEO from their Business Enterprise or Business Profits Tax. This provision was recently challenged but was upheld unanimously by the NH Supreme Court.
